Free is always better so the idea of a free tip of the month is a very good idea however. Give an email and a telephone number. This way you are saying that you want to hear from them. This will definitely open up the relationship.

When you do this, then you have an idea of how to build that relationship with your customers. It just takes a little knowledge of how to treat people.
